Project Overview

Heck Construction assisted the owner as a design-build partner to add a 15,800 square feet Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) addition to their existing facility. The expansion helps grow their business and meet their operational needs. This project also involved a creative civil design that added a stormwater management system and shared parking that will service the neighboring business expansion as well as Ingham’s Powder Coating business for a cost effective and versatile site package.
