WellSpan 2nd Floor Pulmonary Practice

Project Overview

WellSpan Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine Ephrata was jointly contracted between developer and tenant maximizing efficiencies and savings. HCCI handled interior demolition and renovation of the second floor as well as the additional elevator and lobby on all three floors. The new Pulmonary and Sleep practice on the second floor features high level finishes and modern sliding exam/procedure doors as several examples of highly efficient use of square footage.
