Project Overview

UPMC chose Heck Construction to deliver on this very attractive medical office fit out located in York County. The team converted this cold shell space into a multi service suite with an imaging room, multiple exam and treatment rooms, and blood draw lab. All new MEP systems were provided including a variable air volume HVAC system to offer maximum temperature control throughout the space. Constructed over 5 months, the project team navigated the supply chain issues of 2021 to deliver the project on time and on budget.
