Panera Bread - Rockvale Lancaster

Project Overview

This project involved the core and shell portion and the interior fit out- all performed by Heck Construction. Panera Bread relocated from down the street to better accommodate their customers with a stand-alone building. Highlights included removal of the existing building; tie into existing utilities onsite; construct one story building that includes drive thru lane, ample parking and outdoor seating. This modern restaurant is in the heart of the Lancaster tourism area and will nourish many locals and visitors of the Lancaster area.
