Project Overview

Interior renovations of (4) resident wings to create (49) resident rooms with kitchenettes and bathrooms with curbless tile showers. Other renovations include commons areas with a fireplace and parlor, dining room with a large window overseeing a pond and patio area outdoors, adding an activity kitchen for resident use, and an updated Activity space. The entire wing will have new vinyl windows, flooring, lighting, acoustical ceilings, trim work and doors, and keyless entry to their resident rooms.
