Project Overview

Interior renovations to corridors, common areas, smoke doors and terrace dining room at the ground and first floors of the Mountain View Wing.

This project consisted of multiple phases including extensive renovations to common areas and occupied resident wings. Sitting rooms with fireplaces and shared kitchen areas were improved to include new lighting, modern finishes, cabinetry with solid surface tops and appliances, and new color schemes to create desirable congregating and living spaces.
