Project Overview
Situated on the former site of the Roseville Tavern at 1860 Oregon Pike, the new home of Christman Periodontics and Dental Implant Center was completed in Spring 2024. This new construction project encompassed a 10,000-square-foot, 2-story building with the client occupying the 2nd floor. Fourteen rooms comprise the Christman practice, including 8 for treatment alone. Additional rooms provide space for treatment planning, sterilization, lab work, sedation, patient waiting, and employee breaks. All common areas have upgraded finishes for a higher level of design-- herringbone ceramic tile, a wood accent wall in the waiting room, and a glass and stainless-steel railing in the building's lobby. Exterior features include brick, Nichiha panels, Alucobond metal panels, solar shades, and black aluminum storefronts.
