Project Overview

A fire in the existing building led to Heck Construction performing a complete gut and renovation to the interior and exterior of this Lancaster facility. The result was a state-of-the-art machine shop with epoxy floors and upgraded electrical systems, as well as a 4,667 square foot office fit-out complete with a teaching kitchen. The front facing exterior elevation and main entrance was upgraded with modern metal panels and siding complimenting the new interior.
