UCC Dental – Water Street

Project Overview

Our team brought combined experience in dental facility construction and adaptive reuse projects to Union Community Care’s new dental home. We transformed second-floor administrative offices into a dental practice equipped to accommodate 10,000 dental visits per year. The new space has eight dental chairs in total, including three pediatric chairs. Exposed brick and other unique features were preserved to maintain continuity in the building’s aesthetic. Union Community Care provides medical and dental care regardless of a patient’s ability to pay.
