Project Overview

This downtown Lancaster project consisted of demolishing an existing warehouse to create onsite parking and complete interior dismantling of a century old two-and-a-half story tobacco warehouse. Post demolition revealed a blank canvas for modern industrial office space. The project included structural insulated roof panels, an addition with stair tower, and a new four-stop elevator in addition to office space.
