Project Overview
This Denver, Pennsylvania large textile manufacturing plant closed its doors in 2011 leaving behind a solid structure. It was brought back to life as a beautiful modern industrial office space with a third-floor event space and 25,000 square feet of additional leasing opportunity. The building’s systems were stripped and all new HVAC, electrical, sprinkler and plumbing systems were designed and split to serve the multiple tenant spaces.
